M/S Enderim was built in 1993 in Bodrum - TURKEY. M/S Enderim - A was built in May 2005 in Bodrum as well. M/S Enderim is a gulet style yacht, whereas M/S Enderim - A is a ketch style yacht. The singular design of the gulets, Turkey’ s indigenous sea-going vessel, and now with traditionally made wooden modern ketch style boats like M/S Endeim - A blends practicality and tradition in a relaxed style that embodies a Blue Voyage. They are typically built of pine wood or mostly mahogany nowadays and styled with a pointed bow and round stern. Traditionaly they have been hand made by master craftsmen from Bodrum area of Turkey, and hence are referred to as "the Bodrum area " crafts or sometimes also referred to as "Caiques".Over the years gulets have evolved from traditional crafts for fishing and transport to their present profile with a broad beam and wide deck.
